Analyst handling payroll processing and compliance for SourceHub. Collaborating nationally to ensure adherence to labor laws.
Responsibilities
Align with peers and partners to ensure that information affecting payroll—such as timekeeping, new hire records, benefits, and personnel movements—is submitted correctly and within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with labor rules and legislation related to payroll information for all employees across Brazil.
Calculate and post required payments and deductions, and verify payroll for advances and monthly closings, checking against the current checklist.
Submit all approved payments to the bank and Finance — including payroll, vacation pay, terminations, and statutory charges (DCTFWeb) — ensuring they are made within legal deadlines.
Ensure payroll information is submitted to e-Social within legal deadlines.
Send and ensure monthly payroll reporting to Accounting.
Monitor, review, communicate, and ensure the application of all collective labor agreements (CCTs) and agreements with unions.
Manage payroll-deductible (consigned) loans and their respective payroll deductions.
Respond to and support audits by providing all requested information.
Send information on labor claims (RT — reclamatórias trabalhistas) via e-Social.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in payroll.
Experience with payroll systems (senior-level experience desirable).
Experience with statutory payment systems and charge payments: e-CAC, FGTS Digital, and others.
Advanced knowledge of e-Social and DCTFWeb; payroll systems and labor legislation: intermediate level.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Basic Power BI skills.
