Responsibilities
Lead a team of seven Inside Sales Account Executives focused on delivering complex equipment financing solutions
Responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Own key client relationships and ensure seamless client experience
Drive growth through client expansion and new account acquisition
Guide AEs in identifying, structuring, and closing complex, high-value deals
Actively participate in account discovery, development, and closing calls
Use performance data to drive continuous improvement across the team
Partner closely with senior sales leadership and internal stakeholders
Requirements
5 years of equipment leasing or financing experience selling to large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations
Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience
Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives in a complex B2B environment
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate
Experience driving growth through both client expansion and new account acquisition
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investment-grade credit clients
Bachelor’s degree required
