About the role

  • Marketing Analyst driving digital strategies at Paciente360, improving health education through innovative methods. Creating and optimizing campaigns while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies using RD Station, including marketing automation, email marketing, nurture flows, lead acquisition, etc.
  • Manage and optimize online content.
  • Analyze data and metrics to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed to increase online presence.
  • Improve conversion rates at all stages of the marketing funnel by identifying optimization opportunities and running A/B tests.
  • Monitor competitors and market opportunities to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Define digital marketing strategies using all available tools.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics such as SEO/SEM, marketing and sales KPIs to forecast trends.
  • Integrate RD Station with other marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Create landing pages, forms, email templates and automation workflows (RD Station).
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Liaise with media agencies and vendors.
  • Produce monthly KPI and campaign performance reports by business unit (BU).
  • Provide coordination with information and insights for new campaign opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and RD Station.
  • Work closely with Marketing Analysts, Graphic Designers and Copywriters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and graphic design and video editing software.
  • Skills in SEO/SEM performance metrics.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales to anticipate trends.
  • Proficiency in RD Station and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in English or Spanish.
  • Certification in Google Analytics / Google Ads.
  • Advanced skills in generating paid and organic traffic.
  • Experience in B2B companies (education-focused).
  • Knowledge of content and video production.
  • Knowledge of Growth Hacking techniques.
  • Competence in project or process management.
