- Communicate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, instructional specialists, and other stakeholders) to ensure efficient project execution.
- Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2) in project management, depending on the context and needs.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
- Promote effective communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain aligned.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation for organizational learning and control.
- Structure academic scope to ensure didactic and strategic alignment.
- Perform academic review of content in multiple formats (eBooks, video lessons, courses, audiovisual scripts, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or education environments.
- Knowledge of learning platforms, user experience (UX), and technological trends in the education sector.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the EdTech market or the education sector.
- Ability to interpret learning metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in English or other languages to engage with international partners.
