About the role
- Project Manager for Chirp at OddBytes overseeing project lifecycle from concept to launch. Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own the Search operating calendar, defining key milestones, sprint schedules, and delivery expectations across teams
- Own the Chirp master roadmap, tracking all initiatives across product, marketing, and creator programs
- Manage the Chirp program calendar, ensuring launches, reviews, and dependencies are clearly communicated and visible to all teams
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to go-to-market launch
- Build and maintain project plans with clear owners, deadlines, and deliverable status
- Own Chirp’s project management tools (e.g., Coda, Asana, or Jira)
- Own the flow of information for the Chirp program, ensuring updates are timely, clear, and consistent across all stakeholders
- Drive weekly and monthly updates that summarize progress, milestones, and priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering remain aligned on timing, scope, and priorities
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project or program management
- Ideally in a tech, creator economy, or consumer app environment
- Experience managing product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Strong command of project management tools
- Proven ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with technical and creative stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation discipline
