Responsibilities
You handle incidents in 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
You analyze and resolve more complex technical problems
You remediate issues directly by phone, remote access, or on-site
You take care of infrastructure, from servers to networks
You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., guides)
You manage user accounts and permissions
You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders in the company
Requirements
Completed education in IT or comparable professional experience
Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
Proven professional experience in ICT support
Driving license category B is an advantage
German spoken and written (C1)
English at least basic knowledge (B2)
