Responsibilities
Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and their partners:
Collect and qualify user feedback to pass on to the Product and Tech teams.
Analyze user interactions with the product to identify opportunities for product improvement and process automation.
Define deployment roadmaps for OneChain at our customers:
Onboard our customers and their partners to the platform (project scoping, stakeholder training, etc.).
Manage our customer portfolio with Ludovic’s support (organizing follow-up meetings, presenting ROI cases to customers, etc.).
Define, monitor and analyze our KPIs (usage, satisfaction, retention)
Implement concrete action plans to improve the user experience (customers and stakeholders)
Ensure the quality of information (transport-related data, documents, etc.) shared on OneChain by leading generative AI projects (automatic document reading, spreadsheet automation, etc.)
Requirements
You are seeking a 6-month end-of-study or gap-year internship starting in March 2026 (business school, engineering school, or university).
You are eager to learn across varied topics and ready to rapidly build new skills.
You combine an analytical and operational approach: you can analyze data while enjoying fieldwork and executing concrete tasks.
You have strong interpersonal skills: you enjoy working in a team and interacting with multiple stakeholders, both internally and with clients. You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
