About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Zuora billing and subscription management systems daily
- Translate business requirements into Zuora configurations and workflow enhancements
- Configure and optimize product catalogs, rate plans, billing rules, and invoice settings
- Troubleshoot billing issues, resolve system errors, and ensure high data quality
- Collaborate with users to minimize disruptions and drive system adoption
- Document standard billing processes, configurations, and recurring issues
- Generate recurring and ad hoc billing or revenue reports
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise billing, subscription management, or financial systems development
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Zuora platform experience, including Zuora Billing and advanced configurations (Payments, Revenue, CPQ a plus)
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex subscription billing implementations in a SaaS or recurring‑revenue environment
