About the role
- International Launcher responsible for launching and scaling operations in new markets for Oppizi. Ideal for autonomous operators with an entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Launch Oppizi operations in new international markets from scratch
- Set up local operational processes, logistics flows, and quality standards
- Identify, onboard, and manage local distribution partners and suppliers
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oppizi standards
- Support initial sales efforts by helping scope, price, and execute first client campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to translate client needs into operational execution
- Act as the operational point of contact for early-stage clients in the market
- Implement Oppizi’s operational tools, reporting, and KPIs locally
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize execution
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and pragmatically
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of the first local hires
- Train local teams on Oppizi processes, tools, and culture
- Ensure a structured handover once the market reaches operational maturity
- Work closely with central teams (Operations, Tech, Sales, Finance)
- Provide feedback from the field to improve tools, processes, and playbooks
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, startups, or field roles
- Strong execution mindset with proven ability to operate autonomously
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate short- to mid-term
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
