Responsibilities
Launch Oppizi operations in new international markets from scratch
Set up local operational processes, logistics flows, and quality standards
Identify, onboard, and manage local distribution partners and suppliers
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oppizi standards
Support initial sales efforts by helping scope, price, and execute first client campaigns
Work closely with the sales team to translate client needs into operational execution
Act as the operational point of contact for early-stage clients in the market
Implement Oppizi’s operational tools, reporting, and KPIs locally
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize execution
Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and pragmatically
Support the recruitment and onboarding of the first local hires
Train local teams on Oppizi processes, tools, and culture
Ensure a structured handover once the market reaches operational maturity
Work closely with central teams (Operations, Tech, Sales, Finance)
Provide feedback from the field to improve tools, processes, and playbooks
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, startups, or field roles
Strong execution mindset with proven ability to operate autonomously
Experience working in international or multicultural environments
Willingness to travel extensively and relocate short- to mid-term
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
