Responsibilities
Own technical enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, API capabilities.
Lead customer training across lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term adoption.
Design and deliver high-impact training engagements like executive briefings and hands-on workshops.
Drive customer activation and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and consistent customer experience.
Develop and refine reusable training assets based on customer patterns and regions.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback from engagements to inform product improvements.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in customer-facing or instructional roles, engaging C-level and senior technical audiences in complex enterprise environments.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical concepts to senior and executive-level audiences.
Strong technical depth across coding, agents, and APIs with practical understanding of AI systems.
Proven experience leading structured technical training, such as API bootcamps, workshops, or enablement sessions.
Strong ability to connect technical features to concrete business outcomes such as productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, or revenue impact.
Humble attitude with eagerness to help others and desire to learn.
Comfortable thinking on their feet, adapting quickly in live customer settings.
