Responsibilities
- Process branch and department requests, support all consumer lending departments on non-production items
- Review and analyze assigned reports to identify loan errors
- Communicate with members, dealers and others regarding loan documentation
- Respond to inquiries regarding post loan closing and financial transactions
- Perform maintenance functions in various systems
- Notify dealers of short payoffs and outstanding reserves
- Complete CRM requests
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years Consumer Lending, Title or Office Administration experience which includes direct customer contact
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities required
- Proficient in use of computer, Word and Excel
