About the role

  • Marketing Analyst planning and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for Onodera, focusing on beauty and wellness sector projects. Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance ad performance and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
  • Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance, aiming for the best cost per result.
  • Create and test audiences, targeting segments, and creatives (images and videos).
  • Analyze performance reports and present monthly results.
  • Keep up with trends and best practices in paid media and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong command of performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS).
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and analytical thinking.
