Responsibilities
Responsible for defining, elevating and protecting the creative expression of ONER Active across all brand touchpoints
Translate ONER’s brand vision into distinctive and culturally relevant creative output
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team spanning art direction, copy and design
Collaborate with Brand, Social, Experiential, PR, and Marketing Operations
Ensure all creative output reflects ONER’s premium positioning and cultural relevance
Oversee end-to-end creative development of campaigns, product launches and key brand moments
Ensure creative consistency across digital, retail, social, experiential and PR touchpoints
Own final creative sign-off across all brand work and ensure high standards
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in senior creative leadership roles
Background within fashion, activewear, or culturally driven consumer brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across campaigns, brand development, and multi-channel execution
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing creative teams
Exceptional creative judgment with refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, commercially effective creative
Skilled at balancing ambitious creative vision with clear business objectives
