Responsibilities
You ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of our new customers to our software solutions.
Your goal is to enable customers to become productive quickly, understand the value of our products, and have positive experiences from the start.
Through your support you lay the foundation for long-term satisfaction, successful usage, and sustainable customer relationships.
You take full ownership of the onboarding process – from the initial intake and configuration through to the successful go-live of our trades management software.
You confidently guide new customers through every step of onboarding, explain features and best practices, and ensure the software is optimally aligned with their workflows.
You conduct trainings, workshops, and user sessions — digitally or on-site — and help users become proficient in using the software.
You accompany new customers during the startup phase, identify potential obstacles early, and take proactive measures to ensure a successful implementation.
You work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Support to capture customer feedback, optimize internal processes, and continuously improve the customer experience.
In addition, you document all relevant activities, track KPIs such as time-to-value and activation rates, and derive improvement measures.
Requirements
You have experience in onboarding, customer success, customer support, or in implementation/consulting roles.
Ideally, you have experience with software solutions or SaaS products — knowledge of the trades/crafts sector is a plus but not required.
You work proactively, in a structured manner, and independently, and you keep an overview even with many concurrent customer projects.
You are comfortable using digital tools, software applications, and modern communication formats.
You demonstrate friendliness, solution orientation, and excellent communication skills — both with end users and stakeholders.
Furthermore, you quickly identify customer needs, can set priorities, and build trustworthy relationships for the long term.
