Responsibilities
Handle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs.
Assist in sales planning and process by collating data.
Handle and follow up export documents for customs clearance.
Keep the customer file updated.
Handle complaints and customer requests, providing solutions and information.
Ensure registration and customer communication according to standards.
Process and maintain complex customer data, including contracts.
Track various customer requests and contracts fulfillments.
Place, cancel or adjust orders and pro-actively follow-up order income.
Handle high volume requests via email, phone, portal, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration or similar.
2-3 years relevant professional experience after Bachelor.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Track record of over-achieving objectives.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different character types.
MS Office + SAP or other IT relevant systems (advantage).
Advanced in English; Spanish, French, Italian or Eastern European languages is an advantage.
