About the role
- Team Lead E-Commerce leading the development of Shopify stores and managing a team in a flexible work environment. Focused on optimization and growth within the e-commerce space.
Responsibilities

- handelst eigenverantwortlich und entscheidungsfreudig
- verantwortest die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Shopify-Shops
- analysierst KPIs, leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und sorgst für ein erstklassiges Nutzererlebnis
- planst und organisierst Aktionen sowie Produkt-Launches
- entwickelst konversionsstarke Funnel-Konzepte.
Requirements
- mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, idealerweise in Teams mit mindestens 3 Personen
- tiefes Verständnis für E-Commerce-Prozesse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Shopify
- denkst marketingorientiert, bist qualitätsbewusst und suchst stets nach pragmatischen Lösungen
- sicher im Umgang mit Miro und Notion
- Erfahrung mit PIM, ERP-Systemen oder modernen VibeCoding-Tools (z.B. Lovable) ist ein großes Plus
- Deutsch beherrschst du auf Muttersprachniveau (C2), Englisch sicher auf C1-Niveau.
