Responsibilities
Own and manage all campaign tiers – from large-scale product launches to smaller, targeted initiatives that support product adoption and retention.
Proactively identify new campaign opportunities, from product use cases to seasonal eCommerce moments, and initiate briefs for content and creative teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Comms and Content teams to align campaign goals, timelines, and assets.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable improvements for future initiatives.
Lead campaign-related internal communications, ensuring teams are aligned on objectives, progress, and learnings.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing integrated or multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines with precision.
A data-driven mindset – comfortable with campaign metrics, performance analysis, and optimization.
Familiarity with customer lifecycle communication principles is a strong plus.
