Responsibilities
Own SEO Growth and Performance – Drive organic traffic, product registrations, and revenue through effective SEO strategy and execution;
Ensure SEO Team Efficiency and Growth – Lead, support, and develop the SEO team to maintain high performance and continuous improvement;
Increase AI Search Visibility – Grow visibility and traffic from AI-powered search;
Manage SEO Budget Effectively – Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources to maximize SEO impact;
Establish and Deliver on Team OKRs – Define quarterly team OKRs aligned with company objectives and ensure successful execution.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in SEO, including 1+ years in as SEO Manager or team leadership role
Proven track record of delivering organic growth through successful SEO strategies and campaigns
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, search trends, and evolving search technologies (including AI-driven search)
Strong analytical and research skills to be able to provide ideas for traffic and revenue growth
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
Ability to turn ideas into execution, prioritizing initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Leadership mindset, inspiring the team through ownership, initiative, and collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while working with globally distributed teams.
