About the role

  • Associate Marketing Manager creating high-impact educational programs for healthcare professionals at Insulet. Collaborating with medical affairs and external partners to deliver educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact healthcare professional (HCP) educational programs across digital channels and live education events
  • Create engaging content for live and digital educational programs (i.e. webinars, eLearning, and speaker programs) while defining KPIs and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
  • Define learning objectives, content scope and delivery formats for digital education and partnership educational opportunities (i.e., through professional organizations and other external partners)
  • Lead content development for educational events at national and regional conferences
  • Lead content development for Speaker Bureau, and lead 2X/year Speaker Training events
  • Partner with external faculty to co-develop and deliver high impact educational content through digital channels
  • Execute non-CME Insulet-sponsored webinars including content, promotion, and lead pull-through
  • Lead educational content and experience on Omnipod.com
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience required (preferred experience includes professional education, sales, sales training, marketing, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or other relevant field
  • Healthcare industry experience, specifically pharma or medtech industries, preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning principles
  • Ability to translate strategy into compelling educational experiences
  • Experience working at—or with—a content development agency
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Ability to influence without authority and develop strong cross-functional relationships
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms
