Responsibilities
As a Civil/Project Engineer in the field of structural engineering (statics), you are responsible for the design, calculation and technical implementation of steel structures and foundations for overhead transmission line towers.
You independently design and calculate steel structures and foundations for transmission line towers (110 kV to 380 kV) on behalf of all major German energy suppliers and transmission system operators.
You prepare and check detailed execution drawings with a strong eye for detail and ensure that all technical and safety-related requirements are met.
During the tender phase, you prepare tender documentation and thereby actively support project acquisition.
You create system drawings, carefully review workshop drawings and release them for implementation.
You maintain close coordination with our clients to agree on technical details and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
A successfully completed university or (technical) college degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering, structural design (Structural Engineering), infrastructure and environmental engineering or a comparable degree.
Practical experience in structural design and static calculations with a focus on steel construction, reinforced concrete and foundation engineering, preferably in the area of overhead lines or related infrastructure projects.
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Experience with structural analysis programs such as RSTAB, RFEM or similar tools, as well as familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, is an advantage.
