Product Owner responsible for developing optimized wall constructions with 3D concrete printing technology. Leading projects and collaborating closely with execution teams in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
You take product responsibility for our wall assembly – from the structural concrete core to the finished exterior façade
You develop economical, standards-compliant and scalable wall constructions (insulation, layer composition, system integration)
You optimize wall geometries with respect to material use, building physics, cost, reduction of GWP and construction sequencing
You evaluate new insulation systems, materials and hybrid construction methods
You work closely with project execution and support project acquisition and delivery
You are the sparring partner for our printing teams and ensure that all further developments of the wall system are implemented pragmatically and become visible directly on our construction sites
You manage several parallel projects with external clients and development partners
You autonomously drive these projects to completion at a senior level – technically, on schedule and economically
You systematically transfer practical experience into the further development of our building system
You do not think of a wall as a detail but as a scalable product
Requirements
Degree in building physics, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in residential construction
Can‑do, hands-on mentality: take responsibility, make decisions and deliver results
Very good understanding of thermal performance, wall and insulation systems and construction site processes
Strong technical aptitude for evaluating complex building-technical issues
Ability to consider wall solutions not only technically but as economically viable and scalable products
Solid understanding of environmental assessment criteria in construction (e.g. GWP, CO₂ balance, life-cycle assessment)
Strategic and commercial thinking with a clear focus on cost, efficiency and feasibility
Interest in innovative construction methods and automation
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
