About the role
- Civil Engineer in Telecommunications responsible for project supervision and quality control in construction. Working in Peru with a focus on precision and compliance in engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervisión de obra, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazo, control y calidad de cada fase del proyecto.
- Control de rellenos y mejoramiento de suelos, verificación de pruebas bajo normas ASTM, RNE, para garantizar compactación y estabilidad del suelo.
- Control del concreto, incluyendo diseño de mezclas, concretos especiales, concretos con fibras y procesos de colocación.
- Control de corte y dimensionado de acero.
- Control de fisuración y durabilidad de concreto.
- Coordinación con equipos de energía y planta externa para fibra óptica, asegurando la correcta instalación de canalizados para energía y FO.
- Verificación de rellenos y niveles con equipos de ingeniería para movimiento de tierra (teodolitos, estación total).
- Gestión y control del proyecto bajo sistema BIM.
- Elaboración de informes diarios y valorizaciones, presentaciones de avance con ejecución presupuestal.
- Programación y seguimiento del cronograma de obra, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos.
Requirements
- Título en Ingeniería Civil
- Experiencia más de 2 años en obras de ingeniería civil de alta precisión
- Conocimiento en Autocad
- MS Project
- Revit
- Software BIM colaborativo (indispensable)
- Conocimiento de ISO 9001
- Manejo de equipos de topografía (teodolitos, estación total)
- Conocimiento y manejo de sistema BIM para control y avance del proyecto
- Conocimiento de compactación de suelos
- Conocimiento de Normas ASTM
