- Lead the implementation, standardization and evolution of project and product stages, promoting innovation in workflows, integrations and the dissemination of best practices.
- Manage and optimize the use of JIRA, integrating artificial intelligence and automation to enhance agile management.
- Administer and evolve Power BI dashboards, leading integrations and developments that support agile project and product management.
- Analyze, monitor and present indicators of agility, performance, operational efficiency and results, proposing continuous improvement actions.
- Facilitate ceremonies, trainings and workshops, promoting an agile culture and alignment across business units, projects, products, finance, innovation and teams.
- Work directly on initiatives to implement and evolve SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), fostering collaborative planning, scaled value delivery and strategic alignment.
- Prepare studies, management reports, dashboards and presentations to provide visibility into key indicators and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Data Analysis, Technology, Project Management or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree/specialization in Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in project and product strategies, with practical expertise in frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and advanced use of JIRA for agile management.
- Analytical mindset, strategic vision, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in strategic planning, PMO, consulting, project portfolio management and performance indicators.
- Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) are a plus.
- Proactivity, adaptability, results orientation, influencing skills, negotiation and consensus-building.
- Systemic thinking, sense of ownership and a focus on continuous improvement.
