About the role

- Manage and implement sales projects, including contract, bonus and pricing/terms management
- Rollout and optimization of partner agreements for EGM, International Markets and OPL
- Analyze, document and optimize sales processes and inside sales workflows
- Prepare sales reports, KPI analyses and presentations for sales management
- Data maintenance, CRM management and quality control (Microsoft D365 CRM)
- Provide training and support to sales teams on new tools and processes
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Controlling and Operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Several years of experience in sales operations management, sales controlling or project management in sales
- Confident use of CRM and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
- Analytical, structured working style and strong process understanding
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
