- 360° Recruitment Consultant managing client projects in Pharma and Medizintechnik sectors. Serving as an interface between clients and freelance candidates.
Responsibilities
- 360° Recruitment – Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und freiberuflichen Kandidaten
- Überzeugen Sie potenzielle und bestehende Kunden in der ersten Ansprache von OCR und unserem Service
- Finden Sie passende Freiberufler, präsentieren sie Ihren Kunden, leiten die Interviews und bleiben auch nach der Vermittlung zentraler Ansprechpartner
- Erweitern Sie das Freiberufliche-KandidatInnen-Netzwerk und knüpfen Kontakte zu Fach- und Führungskräften in den Unternehmen
Requirements
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein gewinnendes Auftreten
- Führerschein Klasse B
