Responsibilities
- Evaluate business opportunities and solutions for the service, considering regulatory, operational, and business viability analyses, and identifying opportunities together with clients and the squad;

- Support the organization and maintenance of the backlog of requests, requirements, or initiatives;
- Detail, document, and formalize business rules, requirements, and workflows for approved service improvement and maintenance projects;
- Actively contribute to prioritization rituals, providing perspectives on impact, effort, and risks;
- Generate efficiency metrics and reports for Management, tracking activity status, risks, and dependencies related to business activities;
- Support dissemination of knowledge about the service, processes, and business rules across involved areas, contributing to the quality and continuous improvement of services delivered;

Requirements
- Experience in financial institutions, acquirers/sub-acquirers, or registrars/registry operators;
- Experience in product development or maintenance, credit origination/approval processes, or receivables anticipation (invoice financing);
- Knowledge of Project Management or agile/traditional methodologies;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Presentation skills with storytelling ability;
- Knowledge of the card payments market and payment ecosystems.
