About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for Operations to source, recruit, and support transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses
- Serve as the primary point of contact for military transition programs, including DoD SkillBridge
- Represent the organization at military job fairs and career events
- Build and maintain relationships with military transition offices, base education centers, and veteran service organizations
- Oversee participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program, including program design, compliance, and candidate placement
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to create military-focused hiring campaigns
- Develop outreach strategies to attract military talent across all branches
- Develop onboarding and mentorship programs for veterans and reservists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent military experience in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in military engagement, or veteran affairs
- Prior military service or extensive experience working with military personnel and transition programs
- Strong understanding of DoD SkillBridge, TAP, and military career pathways
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel to military bases and recruiting events as needed
