Responsibilities
This role will lead the design, scaling and development of RGM Strategies based on categories and global definition for main categories.
This role will lead System orchestration to develop, scale and define RGM category strategies, interfacing with multiple KO stakeholders.
This role will influence and work with OU’s Category Leads, Zone Franchise VPs/Directors, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing mainly).
This position will lead discussion of new tool deployments execution and landing , with RGM Global.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in commercial areas, with mastery in Portfolio evolution strategies, RGM (OBPPC Definition), and Franchise Leadership, as well as proven experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
