Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst supporting SAP Business One and other business systems. Managing system improvements and providing first-line support for users primarily in a macOS environment.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues
Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escalate structural issues as needed
Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management
Administer device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance, and maintain IT asset inventory
Assist with EDI-related issues and escalate system configuration or architectural concerns
Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
Track project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization, and coordinate between business and technical teams
Prepare and deploy MacBooks for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system access
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Strong experience supporting MacOS environments
Experience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar)
Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
Experience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred)
Basic understanding of project management principles
Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
Familiarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and Jira
