- Lead Business Operations Specialist analyzing and reporting data to support decision-making at Boeing in India. Focused on business operations at the India Engineering and Technology Centre.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, report large scale data-set to support data driven decision making
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports
- Lead and maintain KPI formulation, standardization, tracking and governance.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, consistency across the system.
- Support forecasting and scenario analysis
- Drive integration and support standardization across operations (wherever required ) between different teams
- Responsible for developing internal documentation and processes
- Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification.
- Define, implement, maintain and improve processes, tools and metrics that govern and support the operations.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and rapid insights in response to evolving business needs
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and technical support to team members
- Providing education and coaching to other team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, strategy roles
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI /Tableau Tools & Technologies - Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, MS Office, SharePoint , Python & Power Query (optional)
- Education and experience acquired through MBA/PGDM master’s degree/diploma in Data Analytics and related field is preferred.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with automation tools
- Demonstrated high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication fluent in both written and verbal English.
