About the role

Responsibilities
- Managing the operation and maintenance of GxP and non-GxP IT systems across departments
- Serving as the single point of contact for system users
- Identifying and implementing new requirements for existing IT systems
- Leading small upgrade projects and participating in larger IT and compliance projects
- Ensuring all system documentation, validation documentation and instructions are created, maintained and audit-ready
- Representing IT systems during audits and inspections
- Developing and negotiating vendor service level agreements
Requirements
- A relevant technical or Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience with production IT projects and administration of IT systems in regulated environments
- Quality-minded approach with strong analytical skills and structured work methods
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a high sense of responsibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Danish is an advantage.
