Responsibilities
- Acting as the regional expert for planning systems architecture, GUI, and functionality, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of system capabilities and integration points

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Advanced degree or professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or system-specific certifications preferred)
- 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in supply chain planning roles
- Must have 3+ years of hands-on OMP usage experience, demonstrating deep familiarity with the platform
- 3+ years of direct experience with planning systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, translating complex system functionality into practical business applications
- Excellent training and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build capability across diverse teams
- Proven track record in change management and driving user adoption of new systems and processes
