About the role
- Senior Enterprise Architect taking a strategic role in shaping Novonesis’ IT landscape beyond ERP core and ensuring alignment. Driving enterprise architecture decisions to address strategic business needs.
Responsibilities
- Driving enterprise-level architecture decisions that span multiple platforms and business domains
- Ensuring strategic alignment between SAP S/4 and surrounding IT solutions
- Managing dependencies and risks across interconnected projects
- Communicating architecture principles, benefits, and risks to senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with business and IT leaders to shape the enterprise roadmap
- Promoting reuse of technology platforms and best-practice integration patterns
- Maintaining enterprise architecture documentation and governance frameworks
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture within a complex IT landscape
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 and the broader SAP portfolio
- Experience in managing enterprise-level integrations and dependencies across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with agile methods and governance frameworks
- Experience with GxP and other regulatory compliance and frameworks
- Modeling experience in Archimate and BPMN (a strong plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders and technical architects
- Full professional proficiency in English
- A strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
