Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; MSc is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations, SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
- Strong experience in incident management, escalation governance, and post-mortems
- Solid technical background in production systems and reliability engineering
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong ownership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
