- Designs and creates standards for financial planning
- Integrates Northwestern Mutual’s Financial Planning Philosophy (FPP) into all content
- Oversees cross-functional teams developing PX planning software requirements
- Analyzes data related to financial planning and develops insights
- Creates financial planning standards and ensures they reflect best practices
- Prepares case studies on best practices for financial planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certifications related to financial planning preferred such as CFP®, CFA, ChFC, CLU
- At least seven years of previous experience in planning subject matter expertise
- Minimum of 2 years in financial services or planning industry
- Knowledge and experience with Northwestern Mutual advisors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with financial planning software required
