Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of active clients with a focus on revenue expansion and adoption of the payments product (receivables)
Act in a consultative manner with schools, understanding their financial operations (delinquency, cash flow, payment methods) and identifying opportunities for improvement
Identify, plan and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, especially related to financial solutions
Present customized proposals based on analysis of financial data and product usage, connecting benefits to the client's concrete KPIs
Hold meetings with decision-makers (directors, school owners/maintainers and finance teams), using technical and value-based arguments
Support clients in understanding and adopting payment solutions, such as reconciliation and collections management
Conduct negotiations and record all steps in the CRM with clarity and consistency
Work in partnership with Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams for the continuous evolution of the value proposition
Monitor metrics such as conversion, revenue generated, transaction volume and portfolio development.
Requirements
Experience in B2B consultative sales or portfolio management focused on expansion
Familiarity with CRM, pipeline management and commercial routines
Analytical ability to interpret data and build value propositions
Strong communication and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
Interest or experience in the education market is a plus
Previous experience at financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, sub-acquirers or guarantors
Knowledge of payment methods (card, boleto (bank slip), PIX), receivables anticipation (cash advance/discounting), financial reconciliation, delinquency management; experience with B2B financial products or credit solutions; experience negotiating with finance areas (CFOs, controllers, maintainers).
