About the role

  • Consultant managing B2B relationships in the education sector. Growing client portfolio with focus on payment solutions and financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of active clients with a focus on revenue expansion and adoption of the payments product (receivables)
  • Act in a consultative manner with schools, understanding their financial operations (delinquency, cash flow, payment methods) and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Identify, plan and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, especially related to financial solutions
  • Present customized proposals based on analysis of financial data and product usage, connecting benefits to the client's concrete KPIs
  • Hold meetings with decision-makers (directors, school owners/maintainers and finance teams), using technical and value-based arguments
  • Support clients in understanding and adopting payment solutions, such as reconciliation and collections management
  • Conduct negotiations and record all steps in the CRM with clarity and consistency
  • Work in partnership with Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams for the continuous evolution of the value proposition
  • Monitor metrics such as conversion, revenue generated, transaction volume and portfolio development.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales or portfolio management focused on expansion
  • Familiarity with CRM, pipeline management and commercial routines
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and build value propositions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Interest or experience in the education market is a plus
  • Previous experience at financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, sub-acquirers or guarantors
  • Knowledge of payment methods (card, boleto (bank slip), PIX), receivables anticipation (cash advance/discounting), financial reconciliation, delinquency management; experience with B2B financial products or credit solutions; experience negotiating with finance areas (CFOs, controllers, maintainers).
