About the role
- AI-Enabled Compliance Reviewer serving major asset management firms. Conducting compliance reviews and collaborating with legal teams utilizing AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a compliance reviewer for Norm Ai clients
- Conduct hands-on regulatory reviews across marketing materials, disclosures, policies, and procedures
- Work closely with Norm’s Legal Engineers to translate regulatory requirements into AI agents
- Support SEC examinations, compliance program reviews, and advisory engagements for investment advisers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Law degree optional
- 2 or more years of experience performing regulatory compliance consulting or compliance analysis for investment advisers or similar regulated entities
- Hands-on experience with compliance testing, regulatory exams, or advisory engagements
- Experience working with SEC regulations and FINRA rules applicable to investment advisers and broker-dealers
- Experience working with compliance technology tools, data-driven testing, or process automation (not required, but a strong plus)
