Responsibilities
- You support the Sourcing team in their day‑to‑day activities
- You monitor supplier capacity situations and prepare regular reports
- You contribute to improving RFQ tools and related processes
- You perform price analyses and evaluate commodity groups
- You support cost estimation activities during the sales phase
- You maintain databases for spend analysis
- You apply analytical insights to enhance Steel Tower sourcing activities
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student of business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a related field at a German university
- You are available to work from our Hamburg office on a weekly basis
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
- You have initial database knowledge or are willing to learn
- You have strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- You work independently, analytically and in a structured way
- You show a high level of comprehension, motivation and flexibility
- You are interested in continuing as a working student after your internship
