ACW Network Sourcing Specialist responsible for procurement of items and maintaining vendor relationships. Collaborating with Operations, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams for exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain online shopping account credentials and payment methods
Identify and track existing and new online shopping opportunities
Identify and track existing and new local shopping opportunities.
Actively work with all supply chain locations and delivery locations to ensure a seamless centralized shopping experience
Effectively communicate pre-purchased items on order documents
Proactively maintain shared inbox with other team members according to management instructions.
Track receipts and maintain complete expense reports for department credit card in Coupa
Maintain ACES with all current vendor information.
Ensure all vendors being used are properly licensed and vetted, both by ACW standards, and all local rules and regulations of the region.
Effectively communicate Air Culinaire procedures and expectations to all ACWN partners.
Follow client leads, recommendations and requests to research and secure ACWN partners globally.
Respond and resolve deviations and any vendor-related issues.
Prepare and/or review pass downs for consistency and formality within the department.
Engage Shift Leads, Network Team, Operations Managers, Assistant Director, Director and/or VP as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality-type field preferred.
Experience in managing foreign vendor relationships in a business environment along with Food and Beverage experience.
Prior experience with catering operations preferred.
Possess exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi-task during the course of regular business operations.
Must be capable of professional communication, both verbally and written.
Proficient in MS suite and basic Adobe.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, record keeping, and proper formatting/etiquette of correspondence.
Ability to establish priorities on a daily basis, work independently, proceed with objectives and resolutions of issues with minimal supervision.
Logistics experience preferred.
Analytical skills and ability to understand global market variances.
Willingness and ability to negotiate financial matters with foreign partners.
Prefer bi-lingual language skills in accordance with the region being handled.
