Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of business projects
Provide support to Process Engineers and Business partners towards pre-initiative process/benefit analyses
Aid creation of high-level and detailed business cases
Utilize appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools to help ensure project deliverables are met with high quality and in a timely manner
Participate in presentations of project updates and outcomes to various levels of management
Demonstrate strong relationship building and collaboration skills with team members and business partners.
Requirements
High School Diploma Required
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration/Management, Business & Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology and Project Management, or related field.
Knowledge of Healthcare industry, process mapping and exposure to Lean Six Sigma
Soft Skills include: Analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong verbal and written communications; and is willing to learn and is motivated
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio as well as Minitab preferred
