About the role
- Financial Analyst managing financial tracking and reporting for savings initiatives at NiSource. Collaborating with various teams and preparing analytical financial data for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial tracking/reporting on NiSource's enterprise wide savings initiatives.
- Serve as the center point of financial support for multiple teams including: Apollo CI, Supply Chain, Value Captured, and Work Management.
- Prepare analytical studies on historical, forecast, and pro-forma financial data.
- Develop comprehensive financial data reports for both internal and external customers.
- Document work fully and accurately to demonstrate commitment to quality.
- Identify, analyze and improve existing processes within the organization to maximize opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Requires four year degree in business discipline
- Four years or more experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
- Requires multiple functional experience
- Requires knowledge of PC applications
