Responsibilities
Participate in two rotations between different business departments
Work on real Nexi business cases
Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for operational teams
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for service workflows
Act as a subject matter expert on fintech processes and control tower operations
Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, STEM, Economics & Business, Psychology or Law, graduated within the last 12 months or will graduate in 2026
Career starter with no more than one year of working experience
Fluent in English and in the local language of the country applying for (any additional language is beneficial)
Ability to work in an international environment and actively collaborate with colleagues from all over Europe
