Account Executive responsible for net new client acquisition at NewtonX, specializing in B2B market research insights. Engaging with C-level executives to drive business impact.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for achieving sales quota and defined performance indicators.
Research and gather information on contacts and organizations within your assigned territory to create value-based outbound messaging.
Execute outbound prospecting sequences via email, cold-calling, and social outreach to generate leads.
Oversee and manage partnerships with assigned Lead Generators on prospecting strategy and execution.
Qualify and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals into sales opportunities.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and schedule discovery calls or product demonstrations.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact (both inbound and outbound) through closing.
Contribute to NewtonX’s social media presence.
Deliver accurate forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Record activity and maintain up-to-date prospect and client records in Salesforce.
Requirements
4+ years of consultative, B2B sales experience, preferably within market research, consulting, or research and advisory services.
Experience selling to the C-suite.
Proven track record in a new business sales role of quota over achievement.
Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A rigorous sales process, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
