About the role
- Supply Chain Analyst ensuring trade compliance and supplier collaboration for North America's bus leader. Join a team at the forefront of mass mobility electrification efforts.
Responsibilities
- Engage in active collaboration with suppliers to monitor, track, and prioritize requests for information
- Request, collect, verify, and organize USMCA Certificates received from suppliers, ensuring data accuracy in the documentation received and the in database
- Gather and maintain detailed material composition and origin data on purchased items
- Support Business Analysts with data cleansing and organizing information into appropriate tracking systems
- Keep informed about evolving legislation related to tariffs, duties, and trade regulations
- Conduct and prepare analyses as needed or as directed by Sourcing Leadership
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Experience with customs or compliance functions is an asset
- Experience working with manufacturing bills of materials (BOM) strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office application
- Experience with ERP systems and data management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, team-oriented environment
