Transform products, tools, and workflows for catalog and content understanding
Build bridges with leaders around the world to establish collaboration with other product teams
Balance requests from various stakeholders for a forward-thinking roadmap
Improve the team by attracting, developing and retaining high-performance product managers, operators, and editorial experts
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading a product management function at global scale with an emphasis on ML/AI solutions
Exceptionally strong systems thinker able to think deeply about technology and workflows
Built and maintained strong and effective cross-functional partnerships
Advanced to intermediate understanding of machine learning & evaluation techniques, especially computer vision methods
Significant experience shipping AI powered products
Passion for people management and mentorship
Operate successfully in ambiguous situations
Experience building and innovating on human-in-the-loop workflows and automation products is a plus
