About the role
- Supply Chain Finance Analyst ensuring financial and operational controls across international freight for Nestlé. Drive data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze international freight discrepancies and disputes; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure freight payments and accruals are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual terms
- Conduct high-level payment and account reconciliation to vendor terms
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve disputes
- Identify control gaps within international freight processes and recommend solutions
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track payment accuracy and deliver reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience
- Supply Chain Finance or operations finance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights and communicate effectively to management
- Exceptional demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Strong ability to work across functions and divisions to deliver results
