About the role
- Senior Consultant for SAP Finance/Controlling projects at Axians, developing cloud solutions and transformation strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
- In your role as Senior Consultant, you take responsibility for our exciting client projects with a focus on Finance / Controlling in the S/4 HANA area (Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private)
- You further develop new technologies in Finance / Controlling for our clients (Cloud ERP, Fiori, Central Finance)
- You support clients in the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including migration of FI/CO data and processes
- You are at the center, as you accompany the entire cycle from developing an S/4HANA roadmap to implementation projects (planning and concept through testing and go-live phase)
- You are responsible for the effective, timely and budget-compliant execution of projects based on the SAP Activate project methodology
- Independent work and taking ownership for the success of our client projects are natural to you
- You develop a joint Finance and Controlling strategy by understanding the needs of our clients and applying your SAP expertise
- Together with our clients you develop and document processual and system solution concepts
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field – vocational IT training or relevant professional experience are also welcome
- You bring several years of experience in Finance/Controlling and related modules; knowledge of customizing is desirable
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Cloud ERP / Cloud ERP Private projects as well as pre-projects such as Fit-Gap workshops
- You are well versed in business processes in Accounting / Controlling
- You work independently, goal-oriented and hands-on; you think analytically, conceptually and creatively
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, moderation competence, team spirit, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- You are service-oriented, speak very good German and English, and are willing to travel
