Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting and analyzing business needs and requirements as tied to continual enterprise data and technology transformation
Collaborate with junior and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and value across multiple business areas across the enterprise
Promote "art of possible" mindset and challenge the status quo as the organization transforms
Compile, research, analyze, and document data and business requirements, workflow / processes, and functionality
Conduct complex work with latitude for independent judgment and decision making
Requirements
Experience driving capability roadmap and prioritization with business stakeholders
Experience in the banking/financial services industry and deep understanding of industry trends, products, and services
Experience working in a large-scale IT and/or financial services organization with responsibility for the technology strategy relating to business transformation via digital experience platforms and processes, cloud-native, etc.
Knowledge of FinTech space and emerging technologies (Cloud, Data Virtualization, etc.)
Experience in organizational transformation, digital journeys, customer experience
Knowledge of and significant experience with end to end MVP product and capability delivery
Ability to independently plan, organize, and lead large and complex efforts
Desired - Certifications in MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Advanced skill in driving alignment and consensus across broad working groups from junior to executive stakeholder groups
Advanced skill in relationship management horizontally across multiple business and technology functions and sources of requirements inputs, including but not limited to senior business stakeholders, journey execution leads, goal owners, product owners, solution architects, etc.
Advanced change management skills and the ability to influence others and set priorities around constant change
Advanced project management skills and/or experience working in Agile project management
Advanced skill in developing high quality deliverables, including oral, written, and PPT presentations for executive communications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
