About the role
- Market Data Services Analyst supporting client onboarding and data management for Index Licensing business at Nasdaq. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in data reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding by providing product information, coordinating orders, and managing billing and reporting processes
- Analyze and track licensing requirements for Index products, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain database integrity and reconcile customer fees with accuracy and attention to detail
- Create reports and insights to support internal teams and improve customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0-2 years of experience in an analyst or customer-facing role
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Interest in capital markets or fintech
