About the role
- Join Nanit as an AI Data annotation specialist leading annotation projects for their innovative baby tech products. Collaborate with the Algorithm team to enhance connected parenting products.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Algorithms and AI-backend teams to lead annotation projects end-to-end, from planning to execution.
- Perform hands-on data annotation (image, video, audio), ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely labeling using a range of software tools.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting and implementing new AI-powered tools, workflows, and methodologies.
- Analyze labeled datasets to identify insights, validate accuracy, and ensure consistency across annotators.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to improve labeling processes, address inefficiencies, and ensure alignment with guidelines.
- Monitor AI models in production using algorithmic and software tools to ensure ongoing model quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Data Labeling is required.
- Leadership skills, Cultivating both detail-oriented thinking and big-picture thinking.
- Technical orientation and ability to learn and work with software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can-do/positive approach.
- Fluent in English.
